Fall 2025 Update: It's fall as leaves are falling so are the acorns. They can make a "tink" sound when hitting the metal roof. Some people enjoy this sounds of fall, others it annoys- just sharing. It's most noticeable to those sleeping in the loft, closest to the roofline. Thanks for understanding this is out of my control :-) This is a very cute but ample tiny house. There are two attached screen porches that add up to almost the same square footage as the home. There is a pitched roof, so you cannot stand up fully in the loft.
